Validation of the Professional Citizen Education Model in Education

چکیده
PurposeThe aim of this study was to validate the model professional citizen education in education.MethodologyThe present applied terms purpose and quantitative data collection conducted using a descriptive survey research method. The statistical population all line managers staff Khorasan Razavi province 2019. According collected statistics, their number 12 thousand people according Krejcie Morgan table, 400 by available sampling method, as sample. They were selected answered 42-item researcher-made questionnaire. Data analysis method Structural equation modeling Lisrel software used.FindingsThe results confirmatory factor path indicated appropriate fit designed testing hypotheses showed social participation training, demand work conscience responsibility socio-political awareness, culture Student’s family, friendship groups, society, economic situation society had significant effect on concerned students field citizenship, well family student students, prevailing efforts reform improve correct future generations, finally generations achieving productive society.ConclusionAccording findings, our country’s educational system needs thought, theoretical foundations clear philosophical for formation process educating citizens, based cultural, political conditions society.
